Stills: Light and shadow.

This week's Stills are all iPhone photos. It's been a strange week, from the highs of receiving a letter from uni congratulating me on outstanding academic achievement (I'm in the early stages of a Law degree), to the lows of blacking out following a blood test and feeling very blergh. In between there were chickens and cups of tea and cake.

1. Shadows from the blinds making a triangle pattern on the wall.
2. Still my favourite corner of the house: my new painting, recycled boat timber side table and lovely (as yet still unidentified) object scored from a pre-lawn sale blitz a couple of weeks ago.
3. Losing their fuzziness, which is rapidly making way for feathers! Growing super quick, these little chooks.
4. An owly succulent.
5. Abovementioned cup of tea and this banana cake - yum!
6. Another cup of tea - outside in the glorious Alice Springs winter sunshine. We were spoilt with lovely warm winter weather here - mid- to high-20s!
7. Foliage and shadows.
8. Sunset at the claypans, where we went with friends to walk the dogs: two kelpies (ours), a jack russell and a pug (theirs). Fun!
