It's a long weekend here in the Territory, the last before Christmas. Here's a snapshot of my week!
- I did a little mini-detox (Monday-Wednesday) so I thoroughly enjoyed my first coffee after three days' abstaining!
- Silverbeet from our garden going into a warm vegetable salad with feta.
- Stuffing capsicums with brown rice, cashews and cranberry mix. Delicious!
- These little chicks are now month-olds, almost all the downy fuzz has made way for their reddish-brown feathers.
- Still winter, but the weather is glorious in Alice Springs at this time of year.
- Missy rolled around in the sand just to get extra dirty following the dogs' romp at the claypans.
- Toby, always checking out what's going on.
- Kelpie paws.
detox...there's a concept I haven't visited in a while :-)

Hmmm, I hadn't either! :) I quite enjoy things like coffee and wine and delicious food too much!
