I'm in the very early stages of a Law degree and one of the interesting things that I'm noticing is not so much the learning that I'm doing, but the un-learning.
It's a very structured way of looking at words and language and meaning. All assumptions have to be put to the wayside and you can't just jump to a conclusion. It's both black and white, and shades of grey; every word has a meaning, but that meaning can be interpreted subjectively, to some extent and there is always a context to consider.
The things that I am learning are interesting; but it's the un-learnings that are really making me think.
Coffee, of course, always helps.
